About Liarsociety

Liarsociety started in 2004 as a colorful street gang much like the Warriors before realizing that our strong opinions on media were simply too much for our adversaries to handle. And besides, blogs are much easier to run than gang meetings.

In 2008 we jumped on the podcasting bandwagon. When the planets align correctly we get together and discuss very important movie topics. Only when each episode receives high level Illuminati clearance does it make its way to a grateful world. Why else would we go several months between shows?

Aaron Howard

Artist's books, conceptual art, short-lived TV series, and willfully obscure recordings of static are things that Aaron is likely to buy, visit, and re-visit as appropriate. As long as the packaging is really nice.

Barak Blackburn

Some would call Barak too easy (Third Wheel). Others might call him too harsh (American Beauty). And yet others might find that his analysis tries too hard (Starship Troopers).
