The Shadow-Haunted Outside is the second entry in The Unquiet Void’s Cthulhu Mythos-inspired trilogy of dark ambient albums.  Waves of sound slither and churn, disturbing chatterings rise to the surface of the squamous din and submerge back into the depths of a blackether tumult, and somehow the whole thing resolves in a Coil-esque groove.  Jason Wallach strikes again.  I guarantee that if you have this playing loudly at your house on Halloween no greedy children will be ringing your doorbell.  More candy for you and Nylarthotep!
