When the CD player I had been using for the past twelve years started to go on the fritz, I decided it was time to time buy something new. Since the room I usually listen to music in isn’t very large, I thought one of those sleek, stylish mini-systems would be the way to go. Enter the Panasonic SA-PM19, which won me over with its sexy silver and light wood exterior and good sound quality. Unfortunately, half a year later the CD player started skipping no matter what disc I put into it. This is a great system…if you only expect to live about six months longer from the date you purchase it.
